Park security officers, then park police, then officers from the Mason Police Department were called to break up the argument and get Sarah N. Smith, 24, of Oxford, under control and out of the Rivertown section of the park, the prosecutor said.

Before the argument was over, Smith is alleged to have kicked and bitten police and an ambulance technician who was called after she was injured during the struggle, Fornshell said.
“She’s punching officers,” Fornshell said, adding, “She’s just completely out of control.”
EARLIER: An Oxford woman, 24, has been indicted on charges she assaulted Kings Island security officers who intervened in a fight between her and her boyfriend.
Sarah N. Smith is charged with two counts of assault, a second-degree felony, as well as obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, and two misdemeanor counts, assault and resisting arrest.
Smith is alleged to have committed the crimes on May 5 at the amusement park in Mason.
She is scheduled for arraignment on June 22 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
On May 7, she was charged in Mason Municipal Court and posted $5,000 bond, according to court records.
The case was bound over to the felony court on May 15.
