A 30-year-old Middletown man was flown to a Dayton hospital this morning after he was found after possibly falling 12 feet off a balcony of a Trenton apartment.

Trenton police were called to an apartment in the 400 block of Sycamore Road around 11 a.m. on a report a man was not breathing and was bleeding. When police and paramedics arrived, the man was breathing, but was bleeding from his head, said Sgt. Craig Flick from the Trenton Police Department.

CareFlight landed at nearby Babeck Elementary School and the man was flown to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries, Flick said.

Flick said the man was found by a resident of a nearby apartment. The incident remains under investigation, but Flick said it appears to be accidental.

The man’s name has not been released, Flick said.
