When police activated their lights and sirens, Stotler ran a red light, drove through several more intersections before he stopped in the 1300 block of Central Avenue near a restaurant.
While at the restaurant, Rowe walked outside and she was issued a traffic citation for wrongful entrustment. Police had warned her about allowing Stotler to drive her vehicle since he had a suspended license, according to the report.

Stotler’s eluding charge was reduced to obstructing official business and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail and the days with run concurrently with his felony charge, according to court records. He also was found guilty of driving under suspension.
Rowe’s arraignment is set for Aug. 1 in Middletown Municipal Court, according to court records.
