The second victim — Datorion Marcus Burns, 19, of Hamilton — also suffered multiple gunshot wounds, according to Hamilton police. Burns was take to an area hospital for treatment and was expected to survive.
Included in the 10 calls is one from Burns. He can be heard yelling, “I’m shot” in the call.
“I’ve been shot in the shoulder,” he said. “I am in back of the fire station by the church.”

A woman called about Burns, saying he was bleeding.
“At the fire department on Pershing,” she said. “Somebody is in the parking lot. He just walked over here. He is shot. He is bleeding out of his chest.”
Several other callers frantically dialed 911 and asked for help to save Gilbert Jr.
“We need an ambulance right now. A little boy has been shot,” a man told dispatchers. “He has still got a pulse. He is bleeding out of his mouth. Please hurry.”
When dispatchers asked if he saw anything, he replied. “I don’t know nothing. I am just right here trying to hold him.”

Another woman who called 911 said, “There is a boy that just got shot and he is laying here … right across the street from the pantry. He ain’t getting up.”
