MORE: Walmart parking lot shooting involved stolen car, drug deal gone bad
On Friday, Butler County Juvenile Court Judge Ronald Craft found probable cause for the charges and the case was sent to a Butler County grand jury for consideration. Because of Robbins’ age and the seriousness of the crime, it was a mandatory bind over to adult court after probable cause was established, according to Rob Clevenger, juvenile court administrator.
The teen is accused of robbing a 17-year-old and shooting him in the middle of a drug deal, according to police.
A 17-year-old was shot around 3 p.m. on Jan. 20 while he was in the driver’s side of a car in the Walmart parking lot on Princeton Road.
