UPDATE: Victims ID’d in double fatal shooting after bodies found in vehicle in Middletown

UPDATE @ 3:20 p.m.

The two people found dead in a vehicle in Middletown this morning have been identified.

Dashaua Brown, 29, and Aaron Paige, 31, both of Cleveland were found dead in a car in the 100 block of Euclid Road at about 6:20 a.m., according to Middletown police. Both were found suffering from gunshot wounds.

INITIAL REPORT

Two people were found dead today in a car on Euclid Street in Middletown, according to officials.

A man and woman, both gunshot victims, were found dead in a 2016 Hyundai between 7 and 7:30 a.m. today.

“We got a call about a car being in the middle of the road,” said city spokeswoman Shelby Quinlivan. “It is an active crime scene now.”

She said officers are looking for suspects.

A vehicle from the coroner’s office is on the scene to remove the bodies, according to our reporter there.

Euclid is closed from Sherman to Grand Avenue.
