Drug bust: Middletown police arrest multiple suspects on federal, state charges in Monday operation

Middletown police, working with local and federal agencies, made multiple arrests on Monday of suspects allegedly involved in a drug trafficking organization from an ongoing criminal investigation in Middletown and surrounding areas.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Warren County Drug Task Force were also involved in the operation.

Federal indictments were returned for:

Leoma Conley: arrested Friday for conspiracy

Terry Stallworth: arrested Monday for conspiracy

Justin Castleman: arrested Monday for conspiracy

Dequan Calhoun: arrested Monday for conspiracy

Deangelo Conley: already in custody for conspiracy

Dexter Mitchell: already in custody for conspiracy

Christopher Todd Jones: already in custody for conspiracy

State indictments were returned for:

William Wofford Jr: engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first-degree felony

Michelle Hughley: permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony

Kenneth McCuller: possession of heroin, a first-degree felony and possession of fentanyl, also a first-degree felony,

Louis Eubanks: trafficking in heron and trafficking in fentanyl, a second-degree felony

Police are also still looking for 13 other people wanted for felony offenses involving drug trafficking, they said.

A search warrant was conducted as well at 1905 Sherman Ave. on Monday, which resulted in drugs and guns being seized.

Found at the residence was approximately 330 grams of heroin/fentanyl, approximately 119 grams of methamphetamine, $3,000 cash, two AR-15 rifles and five handguns, according to Middletown police.
