Decision on Ray Tensing retrial could come Tuesday

Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters is expected to announce on Tuesday morning whether he will retry Ray Tensing.

A jury could not reach a unanimous verdict earlier this month on the murder and voluntary manslaughter charges against the former University of Cincinnati police officer, leading Judge Megan Shanahan to declare a mistrial.
