Cincinnati police seek public’s help to identify debit card theft suspect

Cincinnati police are seeking the public’s help to identify a debit card theft suspect.

The suspect used the victim’s card in Norwood and in Huber Heights to deposit a fraudulent check and withdraw money from the victim’s account.

Police describe the suspect as a male between the ages of 16 and 19 years old and between the height of 5-foot-7 inches and 5-foot-10 inches tall. In the surveillance photos he is wearing a Pittsburgh Pirates hat and a black hooded sweatshirt.
