William L. Powell, 69, of Middletown-Germantown Road in Middletown, was arrested Sept. 20 by Trenton police. Detective Sean Gill said Powell agreed to meet a Butler County Sheriff deputy Thursday to receive a copy of a protection order and when he arrived, he was arrested in Lemon Twp.
The victim in this incident reports sexual abuse beginning at age 10 and continuing to age 18. Two other victims have come forward, according to police.
Powell was arraigned one day after his arrest in Middletown Municipal Court, where Judge Jame Sherron set bond at $405,000.
