Sosa has been indicted by a Warren County grand jury on four counts of rape, first-degree felonies, and two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual battery, both third-degree felonies, according to court records.

The sexual encounters, with females under the age of 13, allegedly began on Jan. 13, 2013 and continued until April 15, according to court documents. Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Sosa knew the alleged victims.
