Partin will face a mandatory sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years for the murder charge. She can also be sentenced to an additional three years for the child endangering charges pertaining to slapping and hitting the 3-year-old on March 6 and 7, 2018 before she was fatally injured on March 8, according to Butler County Assistant Prosecutor Kelly Heile.
So Partin could be sentenced by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Greg Stephens to a maximum of life in prison with parole eligibility after 18 years.
Sentencing is set for May 9.
The verdict was returned after a two-week trial and 12 hours of jury deliberation on Friday. Partin’s bond was revoked, and she was takem from the courtroom and booked in to the Butler County Jail.
