Parker has also been charged with making false alarms by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office where she alleged exposure and inappropriate advances by another person on May 9.
Parker was arraigned on both first-degree misdemeanor charges on July 3 and is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on July 31 in Franklin Municipal Court. Parker was released on her own recognizance until her next court appearance.
“She misled us to the facts of this case and made another claim to the (Warren County) Sheriff’s Office for another person,” said Carlisle police Chief Mike Bruck. “We’ve closed the investigation against her former teacher.”
Bruck said she also admitted to calling a Cincinnati media outlet with the false claims.

The Carlisle High School teacher was placed on paid administrative leave on the side of caution due to the severity of the alleged claims, said Superintendent Larry Hook.
Hook said the decision by police to file charges against Parker was appropriate.
“I’m happy the truth came out,” Hook said. “I don’t think anyone should be falsely accused of a crime that can ruin someone’s career, reputation and family.”
According to police, officers responded to the Kettering Health Emergency Room in Franklin in reference to a possible sexual assault on May 16.
Parker told a Cincinnati media outlet that she was talking to her former teacher in his living room before he allegedly became aggressive and had allegedly raped her. She told that media outlet that she did not call the police right away and that she and her mother went to the hospital for an exam.
