During a brief hearing today in Warren County, prosecutors and defense attorneys for Brooke Skylar Richardson said they are ready to go to trial.
There have been some plea discussions, but no offer extended, Judge Donald Oda confirmed today.

Richardson, now 19, is charged with aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and child endangering, for the May death of her infant daughter.
Richardson’s trial is scheduled to begin April 16.
