Bands announced for (free!) summer concert series in Hamilton

Hamilton’s popular — and free! — RiversEdge concert series will kick off June 2.

Here’s this summer’s RiversEdge concert series lineup:

  • June 2: Scotty Bratcher with Danny Frazier
  • June 8: The Record Company with AJ Ghent Band
  • June 15: The Congress with Dead 27s
  • June 23: Whimmydiddle festival featuring Pokey LaFarge, Mike & The Moonpies, The Easy Leaves
  • June 24: Whimmydiddle festival featuring 90 Proof Twang, The Steel Woods, Natalie Stovall & The Drive, The Skallywags
  • June 29: The Magic Lightnin' Boys featuring 500 Miles to Memphis
  • July 4: Noah Wotherspoon with Outta Here
  • July 13: Dallas Moore with the Jim Burns Band
  • July 20: Wild Adriatic with Blackfoot Gypsies
  • July 27: Dirty Revival with the People Brothers Band
  • Aug. 10: Back in Black (AC/DC tribute band) with Hollywood Prizoner
  • Aug. 17: Rumours (Fleetwood Mac tribute band) with Strum N' Honey
  • Aug. 24: Natural Wonder (Stevie Wonder tribute band) with Lt. Dan's New Legs
  • Aug. 31: Bostyx (featuring David Victor formerly of Boston) with Baked Potatoes

All of the concerts take place at the RiversEdge Amphitheater at Marcum Park, 116 Dayton St., in downtown Hamilton. Concerts begin at 6:30 p.m., except for Whimmydiddle festival June 23-24.
