A woman who is accused of assaulting a 3-year-old child in her care was indicted by a Butler County grand jury today on charges of felony child endangering and felonious assault.

Partin is accused of shaking Hannah Wesche on Thursday morning, March 8. The girl remains hospitalized and is not expected to recover.

Partin bonded out of the Butler County Jail at 1:19 p.m. Monday, according to jail personnel.

At about 7 a.m. on March 8, Hanover Township emergency crews and Butler County detectives responded to Partin’s residence for an unconscious child. They found 3-year-old Hannah Wesche unresponsive with labored breathing, according to the sheriff’s office. There were obvious bruises about her head and face.

Wesche was flown to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries. After further investigation, detectives and hospital personnel noted additional bruising on the child’s body. Partin admitted to striking the child and stated she had fallen and struck her head on the concrete garage floor the previous day.
