The coroner’s office said the investigation into cause of death is ongoing and results will be released pending the completion of the autopsy.

The Butler County Coroner responded today to the scene of a three-car crash that happened early Tuesday morning.
Dispatch with the Butler County Sheriff’s Office confirmed there was one fatality and two other people were transported to an area hospital.
INITIAL REPORT:
Air Care was called to the three-car crash in the 3400 block of Hamilton Richmond Road at Nichols Road near Hamilton at 6:30 a.m. today.
The road has reopened but was shut down for hours while an investigation into what caused the crash was underway.
