428 vehicles stopped during Butler County OVI checkpoint

There were no citations or arrests made Saturday during an OVI checkpoint in Monroe.

Pete Reising, Butler County OVI Task Force coordinator, said 428 vehicles were checked between 7 and 9:15 p.m. Saturday on northbound Cincinnati-Dayton Road at Todhunter Road.

The checkpoint was operated by police departments in Middletown, Monroe and Hamilton as well as the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
