This year, 387 property owners received notifications to make repairs ranging in cost from $0 to $32,598.
The properties are located on the following streets:
- Central Avenue
- Kensington Street
- McGee Avenue
- Grand Avenue
- Sherman Avenue
- South Heinkel Road
- Creekview Drive
- Hannah Drive
- Poppy Drive
- Wicklow Drive
- Riverview Avenue
- Limerick Lane
- Croydon Lane
- North Marshall Road
- Longford Drive
- Ocala Drive
- Cincinnati-Dayton Road
- El Camino Drive
- Catalina Court
- Caprice Drive
- South Main Street
- Roosevelt Boulevard
- Goldman Avenue
- Carolina Street
- Burbank Street
Another 16 property owners were notified that the city received complaints about defective or hazardous sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and driveway aprons on their properties. However, there are no street resurfacing projects associated with these properties. The estimated cost to make the repairs is between $384.38 and $15,874 per lot.

- Baltimore Street
- Ellis Way
- South Marshall Road
- Fourteenth Avenue
- North Verity Parkway
Property owners will need to have the work done or they can pay the city to do it.
Those property owners who do not fix their properties will force the city to make the repairs and will have those costs assessed to their property taxes.
