The entertainment oasis in Dayton is celebrating six years of fun along I-75 this week.

Scene75 has an entire anniversary week of “Totally ‘80s” themed activities and events planned, including an ‘80s late night laser tag, an ‘80s beer pong tourney, volleyball tournament, corn-hole tournament, 1,000 free T-shirts to be given away and more.

This year’s big twist to the annual celebration might sound simple enough — a Guinness World Record attempt at the most stuffed animals caught blindfolded in one minute. However, Guest Service Manager, Jacob Leer, says not so fast.

“The trickiest part is finding where to hold all of the stuffed animals. You have to finish the minute still holding the stuffed animals, so you’ve got to find places to put them, whether it’s in between your arms, legs, or somewhere else,” Leer said in a press release.

Materials, judges and timekeepers are needed to make the toss a valid Guinness World Record will be supplied by Scene75 on Saturday, July 7, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The challenge is open to anyone, and attempts are at a first-come, first-in-line basis.
