Best places to watch Hamilton’s large fireworks show on Saturday

There will be several prime viewing places to see Hamilton’s fireworks on Saturday at 10 p.m., but the Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park is not one of them, city officials said. In fact, the sculpture park will be closed to the public during the public during the pyrotechnics.

There has been some confusion, city officials said, because the sculpture park is the large area of land from which the bigger-than-normal fireworks will be launched. The park also was chosen because with physical distancing guidelines to avoid spread of COVID-19, the city was looking for launch locations that would allow people to view the display from several other areas across the city.
