Written by Rampa post-pandemic, the show will feature all of the fun elements of a classic Hallmark Christmas movie (girl moves to a small town, meets a boy, learns the true meaning of Christmas, and falls in love,) along with a touch of comedy, mystery, and mayhem. The cast will need the audience’s help to solve the crime.
“There are hundreds of Hallmark Christmas movies, and they are all pretty much the same. Ours is just like that except for someone dies and they have to solve the mystery,” Rampa said. “It’s like you’re inside of a Hallmark Christmas movie, but also solving a murder.”
The cast stars Cat Ruehlman, Scott Christian, Molly Ray and Kevin Bauer. Rampa will host the show.
“The show has a lot of digital elements,” Rampa said. “I will send emails, and videos to the attendees, and those are fun. They can engage by getting out their phones during the show.”
The purchase of a ticket will include a delicious Asian buffet dinner and non-alcoholic drinks with a cash bar offering specialty-themed cocktails.
“You get dinner, a show, and it’s a nice holiday tradition,” Rampa said. “It’s unique, interesting, and it’s something to do that’s different and new. It’s just a fun night out.”
Prizes will be awarded for the ugliest sweater contest, Hallmark movie trivia, and for solving whodunnit.
