Union Village, the 1,400-acre planned community in Warren County, is under construction.

Over the next 30 or more years, $1.5 billion in investment, 4,500 homes and 12,000 residents are projected in this community anchored by the Warren County Sports Park at Union Village.

Heavy equipment is working on the land for the first phase, across Ohio 741 from Otterbein SeniorLife’s main campus between Springboro and Mason.

Crews are laying sewer lines and grading off land where the first section is to be built.

Work also continues on the Otterbein campus, where the main building is undergoing major renovations and a new entrance is being developed on the north side of the campus.
