Construction on $20M luxury apartments underway in Deerfield Twp.

Plans for a $20 million apartment development in Warren County’s Deerfield Twp. would create a walkable urban feel on a 5.4-acre site near Deerfield Towne Center, our news partners WCPO are reporting.

“We view the site as a rare opportunity,” Ryan Silverman, vice president of Blue Ash-based Silverman and Company Inc. told WCPO reporter Dan Monk. “The Grandstone will be walkable to retail, dining, entertainment, recreation and employment; which will provide its residents with a lifestyle that is truly unique to suburban Cincinnati.”

The 122-unit apartment complex will sport one- and two-bedroom units with nine-foot ceilings and granite counters. A resort-style pool will be equipped with free Wi-Fi, a sun shelf, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Rents will range from $1,080 for a 750-square-foot unit to $2,200 for larger two-bedroom apartments.
