Teen reported missing from Franklin found

Lamb-Stephenson had recently moved to Williams, Ind., but was visiting friends with her mother in Franklin when she went missing Sunday.

Whitman said a patrol officer noticed the front door of the home was open and that the dome light of a car parked there was on.

“When he went up to the door, he recognized the girl from the photos,” Whitman said.

Whitman said no charges would be filed against the teen by Franklin police. The girl was released into the custody of her grandmother.
