Garrett Gibson, 19, appeared this morning for his arraignment before Middletown Municipal Court Judge James Sherron. He set Gibson’s pretrial hearing for 9 a.m. Friday and his bond at $7,500. Gibson is represented by Frank Shiavone IV, according to court records.
After the hearing, Gibson was remanded back to the Butler County Jail.
He was arrested and charged Saturday by Trenton police. Detective Sean Gill said Gibson allegedly had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl who was “known” to him.
Both alleged incidents happened within the last two weeks, Gill said.
