Hamilton County deputies charged a county jail inmate and a woman who they said mailed drugs to him hidden in an envelope.

Angela Marston, 44, mailed the envelope with Suboxone strips glued into the flap of the envelope to Christopher Moore, 46, in the Hamilton County Justice Center in September, deputies said in court records.

Suboxone is a drug to help users combat withdrawal symptoms. But for anyone who doesn’t need the drug, it can be a way to get high.

Deputies arrested Marston Monday and charged her with two counts of illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a detention facility. They arrested Moore and charged him with complicity Thursday.
