A 37-year-old Middletown man, Christopher Minor, is fighting for his life after overdosing on medication he purchased off the street, his family said.

Earlier this year, Minor’s 3-year-old son, Nicholas, was killed in a “freak accident” in the family’s driveway. A car accidentally backed over Nicholas and he was killed.
