A 69-year-old Butler County man took a stand earlier this week against what he calls “Heroin Alley.”

Dennis Matheny told this newspaper he was so fed up with the drug activity in his Hamilton neighborhood that he sat outside in 80-plus degree weather to warn anyone thinking of selling or buying drugs.
