A couple that is moving to Hamilton from Florida is planning to offer a trolley service — not on tracks, but on tires — for fun tours and rides through the city.

Bob and Maria Schmidt, who are moving into German Village, own an eight-seat trolley with a bell and lights, similar to those seen in San Francisco.

“We just liked what was going on in Hamilton,” Bob Schmidt said. “There’s a tremendous amount of wonderful things happening.”
