These Homearama homes were among crowd’s favorites

Wieland Builders’ Chatham Cottage claimed six of the eight first place Peoples’ Choice awards at this year’s Homearama, according to the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati.

Top awards for overall favorite home, favorite landscaping, favorite decorating, favorite kitchen and favorite exterior were bestowed on Wieland Builders’ 5,309-square-foot Craftsman influenced ranch home, which was sold prior to the show’s opening for over $1 million. Designs on Madison served as the interior designer and Sharon Nursery installed the landscaping.

The HBA’s 54th Homarama wrapped up in July at Rivercrest in Hamilton Twp., a site developed by M/I Homes. Four of the five show Homearama homes have been sold.

The list of the award winners includes:
