MORE: Sushi restaurant opens in Fairfield
The menu at the family-run, independent restaurant includes soups, salads and a whopping 18 appetizers, everything from fried calamari, soft shell crab and oysters to Japanese pork pot stickers, sushi pizza and octopus.
Chef Calvin Tam’s eclectic menu also features three dozen kinds of sushi rolls, plus numerous sashimi/nagiri options such as crabstick, white tuna, yellowtail, scallop, shrimp, salmon, squid, eel, tuna, quail egg and more.
The “Grill or Not, It’ll Be Great” entrees range from filet mignon, chicken teriyaki and salmon to lobster, king crab and grilled octopus leg.
Hours are: 11:30 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; and noon to 9 p.m. Sundays.
