“It’s an exciting time to be a part of this brand in the Cincinnati market,” said Ken Sinsley, regional director of Operations for Covelli Enterprises/Panera Bread in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. “We’re rapidly expanding our reach in the Queen City with not only an increase demand for food as it should be, but the launch of Panera Delivery in just a few weeks, and the opening of a new bakery-café this fall.”
