UPDATE @ 1:19 p.m.: One female has been transported to Atrium Medical Center with minor injuries, according to Madison Twp. paramedics.
UPDATE @ 1:10 p.m.: One female is being treated at the scene by paramedics for what appears to be non-life-threatening injuries.
INITIAL REPORT:
The Ohio 122 bridge over the Great Miami River in Middletown is closed in both directions due to a head-on crash of two vehicles.
Emergency crews from Middletown, Madison Twp., and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene.
