Shooters will start hiring 50 employees approximately six to eight weeks in advance of opening, Helton told this media outlet.
Restaurant ownership and management are excited to be opening a Liberty Twp. location, he said.
“Over the past five years that area has blown up and we want to be a part of the growth,” Helton said. “We hope to hit the success that we’ve hit here and build a tight-knit community restaurant there.”
The new location’s menu will be “very similar if not exactly the same offer” as the eatery’s Miami Twp. location, which opened in 2007. That menu includes numerous options for appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, wings, pasta, pizza and desserts. Catering is available for business lunches, dinners and parties.
The new Liberty Twp. location will be about 7,000 square feet and offer about 20 draft beers, compared to the original location, which is 5,000 square feet and offers 16 draft beers, Helton said.
