Swine City Brewing, which plans to open at 4614 Industry Drive in Fairfield, has applied for its state liquor licenses.

The business applied for three licenses Aug. 10, which would allow them to operate a brewery, operate a winery, and to distribute bottled wine.

In May, the Journal-News reported that the new brewery would offer an ever-changing tap list as well as cider and wine.

The new business will feature a large, indoor tasting room and a 1.6-acre outdoor area with a 2,600-square-foot patio, according to co-owner Daniel Ebben, of Fairfield.

“We intend to be a family-friendly facility with private outdoor areas for small and large events,” Ebben previously told the Journal-News.

The venue also offers ample indoor and outdoor seating areas and a stage for live music, he said.
