A video showed a student, after being tapped on his arm by another student, swinging his fist, hitting the student several times in the stomach and head, according to a Middletown police report.
One of the punches to the face made the student “unsteady” on his feet, the report said. That’s when the attacker pushed the student into a brick wall, where he hit his head.
The attacker then hit the student twice in the face, according to the report.

The injured student was taken to the nurse’s office because he was having difficulty seeing. His pupils were not dilated and he was conscious, according to the report, but he was bleeding from his nose and ears.
The attacker told school officials that he “got sick” of being picked on throughout the day, the report said.
Both of the students’ parents were contacted by the school.
