One dead after two-vehicle crash in Liberty Twp.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a fatal crash in Liberty Twp. that happened Saturday night.

Sheriff deputies along with Liberty Twp. Fire and EMS units responded to the scene of the accident, 4255 Hamilton Middletown Rd. at approximately 8:20 p.m. and found one driver entrapped in a vehicle according to information released by Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones.

The accident involved two vehicles and one of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the other vehicle was transported to West Chester Hospital for treatment of what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Jones said the identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of relatives.

The Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team responded are handling the investigation and we will update this story when more information becomes available.
