Here’s how to get FREE pizza and help a local restaurant celebrate

Rapid Fired Pizza will be offering 100 free pizzas to the first 100 people who walk through the door Friday at 3583 Dixie Highway in Middletown.

Zach Ketring, owner and operator of the Middletown location, said the promotion is meant to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the restaurant’s debut.

Doors opens at 10:30 a.m.

Rapid Fired Pizza is a fast-casual concept that features fresh made, 11-inch thin crust and nine-inch pan pizzas cooked in 180 seconds.

Customers can choose from eight sauces, eight cheeses, more than 30 toppings and 14 dipping sauces to build their desired pizza or try one of the 10 craft pizzas on the menu. Made-to-order craft and custom salads are also available in addition to breadsticks, desserts and the new No-Doh Pizza for customers counting carbohydrates.

Rapid Fired Pizza opened its first store in September 2015 and now includes 21 stores in Ohio and one location in Florence, Ky. Locations are under construction in California and Texas, with others on the way in Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

At 4,000 square feet, the Middletown store is one of the largest in the Kettering-based chain and includes seven 50-inch televisions, ample seating and a wide range of local craft and domestic beers.

Delivery is available in many Rapid Fired stores, including Middletown, although the 100-pizza giveaway is for dine-in or carryout only.
