And proceeds help women in the region who have been victims of sex trafficking, she said.
Marcus Scott, of Springdale, has been a customer since New 2 You had its location in the Woodlawn area.
“They have quality furniture at a reasonable price,” he said as he was shopping Wednesday afternoon. “I never walk out of here empty handed.”
He supports the furniture store, which supports Christian in Ministry and its women’s shelter in Lockland, because “I like to think it’s going to help a much greater and better cause.”
The Bridgewater Falls location has been opened for about a month, though the store has been operating for about seven years, said Lodi.

“Everything is donated from a furniture store,” Lodi said. “It’s not a consignment shop.”
There is high turnover in inventory because Lodi said it is “priced to sell” and often has tables, chest of drawers, couches and sofas, chairs and high-end mattresses.
The store is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays and Saturdays, but they can open by appointment by calling 513-785-8500.
