Access to services at Fairfield Lane Library will be limited starting Monday, Aug. 21, while the building is painted, has new carpeting installed and undergoes a remodel of its children’s area.

“New furniture has already been purchased and installed in the main library area. In addition, the Children’s Room will be getting a remodel with all new furniture. The main area will receive new paint and carpet first, then we will focus on the Children’s Room remodel,” said Valerie Simmons, Branch Manager.

The work should be completed in about four weeks.

Beginning Monday, library programming will continue, but mostly off site. Participants should call the library at 513-858-3238 for program location information during this time.

The following services will still be available:

  • Full drive-thru service for all regularly scheduled hours
  • Material return slots on the exterior of the building will remain open
  • Phone service will connect to the Circulation, Reference, and Children's Departments during all regularly scheduled hours
  • Wi-Fi, accessible on the veranda
  • A selection of materials will be available on the veranda during Village Green community events such as the Farmer's Market or Groovin' on the Green (weather permitting).

Fairfield Lane Library is located at 1485 Corydale Drive.
