- Cameron R. Robinson, 1000 Garden Ave., Middletown; indicted on two counts each of possession of cocaine and having weapons while under disability (direct), and one count each of trafficking in cocaine (direct), possession of heroin (direct), trafficking in heroin (direct), and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia (direct).
- Donna Marie Dunn-Pennington, 1722 Florence St., Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine, possessing drug abuse instruments, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Randall E. Wallen Jr., 480 Shultz Drive, Hamilton; indicted on two counts of trafficking in marijuana (direct), and one count of trafficking in marijuana.
- Brandon Andon, 1030 S. Second St., Hamilton; indicted on one count of trespass in a habitation.
- Bobbie J. Watson, 654 Roebling, Cincinnati; indicted on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs.
- Todd A. Distler, 64 Cranebrook Drive, Hamilton; indicted on one count each of theft and misuse of credit cards.
- Andrew Benjamin Hubbard, 302 N. Locust St., Oxford; certified back to the lower court on three counts of domestic violence.
- Michael S. Johnson, Butler County Jail, 705 Hanover St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of theft of drugs (direct), aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, petty theft (direct), and obstructing official business.
- Carlos I. Ramirez, 243 Washington St., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
- Levi Scott Anthony Bane, 57601 Red Oak Drive, Fairfield; indicted on one count of possession of cocaine.
- Tyler Lewis Harper, 6588 Barret Road, West Chester; indicted on one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property, grand theft, driving under suspension, speed limits, operation off street or highway in willful or wanton disregard of the safety of persons or property, and left of center.
- Darren Barnett, 1201 Franklin St., Hamilton; indicted on one count of theft.
- Michael S. Caudill, 663 Belle Ave., Hamilton; indicted on one count each of burglary, theft from a person in a protected class (direct), and petty theft (direct).
- Jeffrey T. Disney, 518 Prytania Ave., Hamilton; indicted on indicted on one count each of possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing drug abuse instruments, and trafficking in heroin.

The Warren County grand jury returned these indictments during a recent session:

- Rigoberto Funez-Canales, Warren County Jail; indicted on one count each of aggravated vehicular assault, operation while under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse ,and vehicular assault.
- Nikki M. Robbins, 8761 Clearcreek Road, Springboro; indicted on three counts of person who may sell, purchase, distribute, or delivery dangerous drugs; and one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of criminal tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
