The companies are scheduled to hold a hiring event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at 4757 Dixie Highway in Fairfield to hire for candidates seeking seasonal employment and consistent work through the season.
Totes-Isotoner has approximately 275 total employees at its West Chester location at 9655 International Blvd., of which 150 are full-time employees with the remainder being temporary associates.
All shifts are available, and positions include assemblers and packagers, fulfillment specialists, order pickers, powered equipment operators, reach-truck drivers, cherry/order picker and pallet/walkie riders.
Pay range is dependent on the position but is between $12 and $15 an hour. There will be a 50-cent-an-hour pay increase for all positions on Oct. 2.
Applicants must bring two forms of valid identification, have reliable transportation, agree to a background check and pass a drug screen and be committed to working scheduled hours, including overtime.
